You can join Matt Hinther and Duncan Keith at their third annual “Stand-Up for CHEO” on Sunday, July 8. Registration is $40 per paddler or $65 (includes board rental). All paddlers are asked to raise a minimum of $100 in pledges. Paddlers will leave Mooney’s Bay at 9 a.m., and paddle 18km along the Rideau Canal through Dow’s Lake into Ottawa’s downtown core, turning around near the Ottawa Convention Centre back to the start location.
